Guoliang Ying received his PhD degree in Materials Science from Wuhan University of Technology, China, in December, 2011. After graduation, he worked as a lecturer in Wuhan Institute of Technology. Afterwards he conducted postdoctoral research in 2015 at University of Antwerp at the Department of Bioengineering. He joined the Biomaterials Innovation Research Center at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School as a postdoctoral research fellow in December, 2016, and officially started in the Zhang Lab in January, 2018. His work is focused on 3D bioprinting.
