Dr. Xin Xie received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston with the research concentration in microsystems. After graduation, he worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Northeastern University. He joined the Zhang Laboratory at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School from April 2018. His research interests include MEMS, organs-on-chips, origami-enabled microfluidics, and tissue engineering.
